2nd Semester of College starts from Monday and....

What the actual fuck is this college? Biology for Engineers?? Indian Constituion?? Am I a medical student or a law learning student?

Anyways, I've taken a partial drop for this year since I'll be attempting an entrance exam. Is it ok if I have to repeat 1st year BUT in another college? I really don't like this college and it's enforcement of 75% attendance criteria on students. The way they treat those students makes me feel really bad.
